Treatment for spinal stenosis
My mom has been diagnosed with L4-L5 spondylolisthesis with diffuse disc bulge causing bilateral mild neural foraminal stenosis and moderate spinal canal stenosis in MRI scan . Due to this spinal stenosis she has been in turn diagnosed with neurogenic claudication due to which she feels severe posterior leg stiffness after change in position from sitting to standing more predominantly in morning and in evening also she gets severe tingling in both feet and also she can ascend the steps and slopes but she can't descend them. Even she feels difficulty when taking bath standing Any  medicine or treatment for this condition? Please kindly help

This treatment is being suggested   on bases of the information provided.  However I would like to examine & investigate your mom   in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --.
