Left lower back pain
Sir..i.am.suffering from back.frrom 7days..i used spray and pain killers..but no result. I am having pain at left lower back. i have fear like that's the place where kindneys are place. Please help me to reduce the pain and fear.

Hello there,,,,well there are multiple causes for backpain,,,from simple muscle spasm to more complex problems like stenosis or prolapse disc... Also the history of your pain is necessary,,,like how did it start,type of pain,,,is the pain in back region or you get tingling and numbness also in the legs....various causes needs to be ruled out......also sometime kidney stones cause a typical back pain (waist line) so you need to check that as well.
Next Steps
if possible get a second opinion.get xrays done for lumbar spine in Lat and AP position ,,,get an Xray done for KUB (on empty stomach) & sonography to rule out kidney stones.
