You have to see an Orthopaedic Surgeon for examination. From your explanation it is difficult to ascertain what could be pathology. Without knowing the history and anything which could be addressed it will not be appropriate to give you advice. Please see an Orthopaedic Surgeon.

You should see an orthopaedic surgeon for assessment. Pain could be mechanical but if it's thoracic back pain (as it seems from your description), it needs assessment to rule out anything serious. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS, dr-MV.com
