Bone & Muscle problems

Recently i was diagnised that am suffering from polymyositis. My CPK level in blood is normal. Aldolase level is 18 (range 1.5-8). Now am 26 years old. I am 4worrying my self. Now wat is my expected life time. Now am healthy but only calf pain. How long would i live? Is that aldolase level 18 is very high or slightly high. Please clarify me please.

Major swelling around the ankle and pain in femur head, back, both the malleolus, front of the tibia. In the beginning, Pain around the ankle and swelling. Took physiotherapy sessions but the pain kept returning. Slowly spread to back femur, and both the malleolus. Ultrasonography (Ankle Joint)- Varicose Veins X-Ray- Normal Currently taking physiotherapy from Vardhaan- Functional Manual Therapy and Physiotherapy. Problem since 1.5 years now.

1 year ago I had knee pain so checked with vit d was les than 3 after treament its 37, bt I nw hve calf pain ,knee pain is less bt the legs weakness occurs somehow, mri back doppler all okaya, what 2 know how much more time will it take ? going with homeo nw, is calf pain due to vitamin D ? pls suggest hw much more time its not limiting my life bt yes want to fell healty again.

I had an ankle sprain 3 weeks back.A cast was applied and on Monday the same was removed.I have slight swelling but the doctor said the same will subside over the next month.Right now I have to limp and can't walk properly.What sort of exercise should I do for my ankle to ensure full recovery and to restore the ankle strength?
