Bone & Muscle problems

I do feel cold at my waist & left side of body even in my bed cover with quilt. A strange cold sensation at my left foot above my thigh & waist. . at a time it turns into cold pain. tell me what is the problem. which desease symptoms these are.

I sprained my ankle while playing football the other day. I applied ice immediately there after. Thiugh the pain has gone my ankle has developed a dark blueish color, as if there is an internal clot. What should i do.

I am suffering from cervical frm the last 4-5 years. realli want to get rid of cervical pain permanently. Is there any treatment for it.

I am 31 year old female and for last 2 years i have been experiencing tremendous pain in my legs all the time. it doesnt stop even for a minute. i have consulted for all possible reasons and cure but nothing helps . I take a good diet and i have no deficiencies other than low hemoglobin . I have consulted doctors and got tested for everything but all my reports are all perfectly fine. all doctors give some vitamin or calcium medicines etc and have prescribed pain killers when there is too much pain. i have been taking these exactly as prescribed. The pain killer works for 3 hours only and the pain starts again. Resultant i seem to have developed an addiction to pain killers especially tramadol recently. I do not want to take pain killers so often and its hard to stop my urge of taking those pain medicines. I have taken physiotherapy as well but in vain. How do I get rid of this pain and this drug addiction. i Cant sleep properly in the nights because of these pains .Please help.

Since childhood I have flat feel ... If I stand for long time or if I go for walk I feel pain in feet ( below calf muscle just above feet).. How to solve this problem... Due to this I'm unable to walk for long time

How much time it will take to heal as it is a right hand and its a joint I suppose,is there any problem ??

Helo doctor My mom suffering Burning sensation both feet (up and down). She cnt be normal. I dnt knw wt disease is ths??!! May be neuropathy or diabetic neuropathy i dnt knw exactly. Going to toilet abnormally and feeling strechness and pain in back side of right knee only in jogging and normal running but not in fast running .
