Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I am male 26 years old, I am not gaining muscle even after having good food, my testosterone levels are normal, but I have Hypothyroid still I am lean with good normal weight, my concern is why I am not able to gain muscle and I am not able to lift heavy weights what could be the reason please suggest?

I am getting pain at my right lower back since 2-3 days while I was cleaning my tongue in morning I felt some moment in my right lower back after that it felt that I was locked whenever I did any leg moment it use to pain

My height and weight is not increasing ido the exercise & taking good diet but still I'm not growing my current height is 5'3'' and my weight is only 45 kilograms please suggest me what I should do...

I have an problem with my left portion of the body,I have slow blood circulation in my left portion of the body , from brain to leg till knee and this problem is from my birth . Is their any cure for this type of problem if yes then please suggest me a proper cure. Thank you

1 year ago during front jump i fall and knee locking was start .when i force to knee band knee was lock .and when i stand up its ohk. sometime its fell little pain like koi pin kr rha hai . alopathy dr. says operation in meniscus but i dont want it beacuse i dont feel its important i do cycling walking up down stairs but no pain .but i have fear of its . pls tell what i do

I have been diagnosed with spinal chord disc prolapse 4 years back in in L5-s1 , i was driving a manual transmission car at that time and i always used to feel uneasy while driving.Then I stopped driving now almost 3.5 years. I don't have that needle like pain which I used to feel in my spine back in those days. Now I want to buy a car so shall i buy an automatic car which will help me to have a comfortable driving? Or shall I buy a normal manual transmission car with good seat adjustable features ? Can someone guide me on that just want to know whether there is any implication of pressing the clutch of a manual transmission car over my spina chord.

Its paining a lot after doing running for over 1200 mts in the early morning and also in the evening when the cool weather starts .actually i had a pet/pmt qualification test on jan 2 2017 because of this pain i had a fear that i couldnt do it properly so kindly help me in solving this problem for god sake plss

Mild knee joint effusion past 6 months. Consulted doctors. Got MRI done. All say that its minor and will get solved on its own. I was also given ALTRADAY pills in case of pain. If thats minor then why does it not resolve?

I have attached the x-ray image of the fractured area(ankle) and highlighted the two parts of major fracture where implant is surgically added. Surgery is done, titanium rod and screw were inserted. My query is whether this implants must be removed later on? Also my brother is planning for hugger studies abroad and hence would he be affected by the cold weather due to these implants?

There is a pain in my right side back, near my elbow. A little part has become hard like a stone and it's hurting me when I sleep on right side. How to get rid of it!?
