Very severe pain in left leg and back.local doctor said that this is due to sciatica,but no relief from his medicines

As per local doctor MRI reports say multiple fracture and gap in back bone. Surgery could not be done. Attaching MRI plz suggest

I mean there were other patients with acl tears too Will it have any negative effect ? I read acl surgery increases the chances of having arthritis in 10 years I am young and athletic and I don't ever want to stop playing sports so does a surgery means confirmed arthritis ? I have a question regarding tibia stress fracture. The stress fracture is on the anterior side of shin bone just 3 inch below mid section of tibia. I have been on rest for 3 weeks and there is no pain during normal walking. I want to know how many days it required to completely heel the bone and any precautions to take. Should i start to walk as i have a job and i have to attend that. Is anterior side stress fracture lead to complication. My stress fracture occured due to trauma. Your suggestion will be helpful..
