Dear Dr, Suffering from severe low back pain at right side, Can't even move my leg, It's hurting like electric shock between bones joints, paining a lot hence plz help me to get of this...

Pain when the part of hip is used for support. When ever I try to stand up there will be pain and again it becomes normal when I get in control. Sudden movement of hip in sleep makes me feel uncomfortable until I bring it with supporting hands to comfortable position

Hi, i have a severe pain on my back upper body ( from shoulder to hip ).. mainly in muscle... and also having lower back pain. Is any link with lower back pain between mucle pain..? some doctors told me that you having lower back pain, so that the effect spread to muscle... but i cant able to agree their point.. i think i have muscle problem too..kindly guide me to overcome.. i cant tolerate those pain.. consider my age,only 25 but am not happy like others because of my pains..

I have recently started doing exercise. Whenever I do any exercise which involves knee workout, I hear the tic kind of sound from both my knees and sometimes ankle. From the third day knees have started paining. Is this normal to have this as a beginner of exercise or is it due to any other problem with my knees??
