In my opinion u need to work upon ur constipation as in some cases constipation is the cause of lower back pain... For that u need to improve ur dietary habits have plenty of fluids have roughage containing fruits have green leafy vegetables...do not eat much at one go...take proper intervals in each meal... also u should do few blood test like calciumvitamin d vitamin b 12 and uric acid if there values are not optimum u need to have supplement medications for that...start with few days of physiotherapy sessions...take care get well soon
