In my opinion u need to work upon ur constipation as in some cases constipation is the cause of lower back pain... For that u need to improve ur dietary habits have plenty of fluids have roughage containing fruits have green leafy vegetables...do not eat much at one go...take proper intervals in each meal... also u should do few blood test like calcium vitamin d vitamin b 12 and uric acid if there values are not optimum u need to have supplement medications for that...start with few days of physiotherapy sessions...take care get well soon
Next Steps
Consult a physiotherapist immediately
Health Tips
Do not bend forward Avoid lifting heavy weights Avoid sitting for long period of time Do not check ur pain Try that ur stomach should be clear Do not sit on low stools low chairs and soft sofas Do not do exs while in pain ur pain will increase

Hi.... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics.... Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.....
