Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I am working in Bangalore. From two days I am facing quite severe pain in upper back which continues toward my right hand. It just happened accidently while sneezing (due to cold allergies I have) I have taken for two days pain killer nad iodex massage but the pain is still same. In morning much and just after bath extreme. Kindly suggest. Thank you.

Since I woke up this morning, I'm having dull pain in the left scapular region. And now, my left shoulder is also aching. As of now, my movement is kind of restricted. Elevating my hand gives relief. Else it's painful in all other positions. The pain intensifies if I breathe in deeply. Kindly let me know what to do in this regard.

My Father is facing pain between calf and ankle (Back side of leg). Initially there was a pain in calf for 3 days. But after that this pain was started. It is paining since last 7days. He is feeling pain while walking or standing (No pain while sleeping of sitting). What could be the possible reason for this? How it can be cured? Thanking you in advance.

I'm having pain in right hand finger, I'm not able to bend the finger at all. Other fingers I'm able to bend but next to little finger I'm not able to bend.

I am suffering from pain around left scapula and below the scapula i have noticed small swelling and giving pain so please help me out what shell i do.

5 years back my shoulder got dislocated while cricket balling. And it got cured itself in some days. But from then, it gets dislocated easily at some angles of my shoulder. Whenever I try to put shoulder force at some particular angels, it get dislocate. I can ball, But I cannot throw it, as throwing a ball dislocate my shoulder.

I am 18 years old and have a height of 5'3 and i wanna increase my height is their a way i can increase it without taking medicines in 2 months or 1 month.
