I have been facing problem in my knee joints since few days. Before that i made a trek of 7km mountain it was plain at times and had lots of climbing. Whenever i sit for 15mins in a constant position then I experience huge pain my knees and it repeats continuously as long as i sit. When in standing position i dont get any types of pains. Pls suggest me some tips to reduce the pains.

A small frature was there in hand which joins after plaster for 1 month. Now 20 days past the movement in elbow is not happening. There is stiffness in the joint and not able to straighten or bend the hand. Regular physiotherapy is done. Please help.

Hi doctor I met with an accident on the 16th of dec 2016 and went thru operation on the 17th had a rod put in to my leg it has been a month and was suggested by my doc to take an x ray post the x ray my bones still seem to be scattered and when consulted with the doc was informed that it is the the rod that has been inserted and no changes have been made to the fracture site as it is a new technique of healing please advice please find my x ray taken immediately after the accident and the x ray post surgery please advice
