Have knee pain more than one year.
I have fallen down from bike before a year. After tht i got some light knee pain. I have pain when I climbed up and down the stairs. I checked with Doctor. Doctor adivsed me to take Physiotheraphy for 10 days and I took the Physio. But the pain is still there. It is not reduced. Xray report suggested nothing. Kindly help me to do. What shall I proceed further to relief from knee pain permanently

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

It's possible that you may be having a meniscal tear or ligament injury in that particular knee.
Next Steps
If pain is persistent in the knee, consider getting an MRI done. Visit an ortho surgeon who can examine the knee and order an MRI scan.
