My right Shoulder is paining when I move my arm upwards or to the backside. I am unable to move the arms completely. I am not able to sleep on the right side because of this pain. Kindly advise.

Core Strengthening Exercises.
Gentle Neck Exercises.
Avoid sleeping on affected side..
Warm up and cool down is a must.
