Bone & Muscle problems

My mother is feeling severe left knee pain only when standing. Otherwise while she is lying on bed shen can bend/move, no pain at that time. Which kind of prooblem it can be nerveous or orthopedic. Somedays back she got a muscle pain in left back (just up of the hip area) and took meds for that.

I am having OA from last 5 years.now it is becoming a big problem for me. I used all type of medicine but results were negative.pleas advise how to manage it?

I got fracture in hand ..bone formed by its own and there is some bend in my hand. Over the bone i got one more bone because of that it look like swelling and my hand near wrist look like its in bending position. Can you give me some suggestions?

Dear sir, I am suffring from lower back pain since a year ago if I stand like for half an hour my back in paining a lot what should I do? Should I go for therapy or not?

I am unable to sleep due to severe pain of up to 8/10 in my left knee which has no physical swelling or injury. I am not an athlete and has not hurt myself physically in anyway. It started years ago but with minimal pain and disturbance but tonight the pain was severe and spreaded to my thigh. Its a sharp gnawing pain that is unrelieved in any position, but is currently slightly relieved by a cooling pad. I want to know if this is serious enough for me to consult a real doctor for the possibility of gout or arthritis, or am I just overreacting? Thank you so much GP.

My Rt knee suffered injury from a road accident and not able to hold weight. Presently on 28 days sick leave with knee immobilizer without any medication. Underwent MRI Scan and the report revealed (report attached for ready reference) multifocal marrow contusion oedema with significant synovial effusion, Gd II/III tear ACL and Gd II/III tear of MCL with associated fluid along medial menisco-capsular attachment and associated myocellulitis. Dr advised as follows :- ACL/MCL Rupture - Adv Operation. Request provide a second opinion and further course of action that will be required to cure my knee to normalcy. Please provide duration of treatment/mode of surgery/likely time to recover fully etc. Thanking you in anticipation.

From last 1 week my mom has a low back pain we took X-ray can u please tell me is it fracture or any other problems I had attached the X-ray our doctor had given antibiotic is it enough or we have to go for a higher level treatment

I had a fall from a height of 20 feet 2 months ago... Landed on my back since then the pain has become worse ... Physiotherapy dint work ... Ayurveda treatment dint work too ... X ray was done no problem with the bones ... I feel tightened muscles n internal pain on my left mid and lower back if I breathe ... I cannot stretch n I feel I have become weak ... I cannot bend my head back it gives lot of pain .. after sleep cannot wake up coz the whole body will be painin ... Kindly advise

After how many days a person can start playing after the leg fracture. My friend has been told to take rest for 4 weeks.
