Bone & Muscle problems

I am having muscle pain in my right forearm and upper arm. In upper arm, I'm experiencing pain only in biceps. Both front and back muscles are paining in forearm. No relief from application of diclofenac ointment. I'm unable to stretch my right arm fully. I'm having exams from Wednesday. Please suggest me a solution to my problem. Thank you.

Sir, Before three months i got slipped from steps and my left ankle twisted, Bcz of that swelling and pain is coming still. Doctor suggested for MRI scan for my ankle and i did it. After report he said that this type of ligament injuries cant treat and these dont have any surgery. Here my question is ligament sprains cant treat anywhere in the world. Is it right ?
