Bone & Muscle problems

I am having acute pain on my right leg. I am not able to walk or stand for more than 2 minutes from last 1 week. I had bulge on L4 and L5, took treatment for 3 months and I was good. Last month I joined TCS and after 2 weeks I started experiencing pain on my back and now my right leg is in too much pain. Anyone, please help me out here. Please suggest some exercises or treatment for my problem. My back pain is almost negligible now but my right leg is killing me.

Hello doctor, I have to undergo an acl reconstruction surgery next month. I injured my acl while playing cricket. It happened 2 years ago. Doctor said that the cost of the surgery is Rupees sixty thousand. My doubt is will I be able to return to sports after the surgery? I'm also under medications for psychic illnesses. Should I stop the medicines before the surgery? Please Help me. Thank you.
