For the fracture neck of femur, you need to visit an orthopaedic doc and get it fixed depending on the severity of the fracture. For the back you can visit a physiotherapist and get rid of the back issue

Hello there,,,,,wherz the xray?? Well if its fracture neck femur...please visit an orthopaedic surgeon at the earliest...depending upon the degree of severity of fracture further management will be decided....also it seems you are suffering from PIVD (slip disc) / Lumbar spondylysis...the symptoms of which should be told to the examining doctor.
Next Steps
however 1st you should give priority to fracture neck femur and visit an orthopaedic surgeon. regards & take care.
