Hello there,,,,well the answer lies in your query itself.....fish,meat and pulses have high amount of protein along with egg...so consumption of these foods above a normal limit is bound to increase your uric acid level and worsen u r joint pain.... Febjet 80 is a fairly high dose and continuing it for 6 months should had got the uric levels down.
Next Steps
visit a nearest GP,get your uric acid tested again. if it is high please follow a strict diet regime.
Health Tips
if inspite of medicines and strict diet if u r not able to contain your uric acid levels....then urine analysis and kidney functions need to be assessed. regards & take care

You should visit an orthopedician for sure but atleast a GP. Above all uric acid is a byproduct in protein metabolism thats why u re having more pains wid mutton consumption, so try avoiding it or make it less frequent.
