Within 72 hours of the first symptoms of bells palsy the physician usually gives a steroid injection to control the inflammation, if the symptoms are due to any sort of infection then anti biotics are started.  After the initial medical treatment is done they are referred to physiotherapists who would treat with galvanic currents at first to stimulate the muscles and put you on certain facial muscle exercises to regain control of movement.
Next Steps
first step would be to go consult the doctor at the earliest.
