Electric shock Pain in lower back
Had pain in lower back for quiet some time but two days after an injury on the lower back after a fall, it feels like electric shock and pain whenever I try to move or turn. Such an electric shock and pain did not occur earlier.

Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.

Please see an orthopaedic surgeon asap. You may require a back MR scan to look for nerve root impingement. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS, www.dr-mv.com
