Pain near ankle of right leg with swelli
Suffering from pain while walking since last 5 days... Pain is near the region connecting ankle-heel-leg ... Probably near the module of Achilles and tibialis posterior.. painkiller helps in walking else have to limp.... I ran for half an hr on Friday that could be the cause

Hi Kindly visit a physiotherapist and get your ankle checked.Yes abnormal running mechanics,improper footwear,flat feet and muscle weakness can also be the cause of the pain.

When u jogging/run with out any warm up these kind of injuries ..As per your detailing it could be some thing called DOMS(delayed onset of Muscle soreness) Just give some rest/Ice compression
