Finger joint pain
I have piercing nerve pain in my right index finger joint. the same pain goes all the way to my inside of palm and my right leg main toe also has similar pain, sometimes i feel numb too. it has some effect on my right shoulder as well

Avoid computer work. Do hot fermentation and stretching exercises of hand and calf muscle. Tk supplement.

You have nerve compressions..go to a physiotherapist who practices Neuro Dynamic Solutions (NDS), you will be fine!

Hello. The pain you have described in your hand and toe is unlikely to be related. Your shoulder and hand symptoms could be related, and may be due to a nerve compression in neck, or further down towards hand. You need formal assessment by an orthopaedic surgeon.
