Tapping my foot
So I have rolled my left ankle many times and recently I have gotten a lisfrance fracture and now that's it's all healed now I have a spring sport and I was wondering what can I do to help me not roll it or break it anymore and if taping is the answer what kind of tape should I use and how should I use it

Consider getting an MRI done of the ankle to see the status of your ligaments.

In such repeatedly happening injuries especially in foot..Other than Tapeing , proprioceptive training is indicated where you can get trained to prevent further injury.. it will also enchace you activity level

Dear client for a spoting activity mostly you should go for some rigid taping, even kinesio tape can be used plz seek professional help near by to check for the way you need to apply  later you can try on own.
