Hello. At 20, your bone ends have fused and height cannot be increased by any medicine or hormone. The only option is surgical which is not recommended purely for cosmetic reason. As a person, you are unique so believe in your strengths and be positive. Height doesn't matter, it's how you feel that matters. So focus on developing a positive body image. Hello there,,,,,well height is generally related to genetics,,,and the genes you inherit from your parents would contribute to your overall height growth....also the growth harmone which spurts during puberty will have an effective say in the way body grows...however there are slim chances of height gain after 20 years...though exceptions maybe there.....
