The overall growth of the bones, depends1. On your genetic composition, 2. Current age. The bones have open growth plates which fuse by age 18, so scientifically nothing can cause growth at these fused growth ends. It would be waste of time and money to take any medicines. If you are really keen, then surgically by bone lengthening surgeries this can be performed. That is the only option.

Hi... height is genetically determined. It based on your mean parenteral height... Using medication for height growth is useless.. Take good diet and do regular exercise... .

Hello well the height attainment of depends on your genes an extent so if your parents have been short then its bound to happen that you will also be around the same height apart from that you are activities, nutrition will also okay an important role...No taking any pills won't be beneficial...Thank you
