All spinal haemangiomas do not need treatment. If there is a specific problem which the haemangioma is causing then treatment may be needed. The ulcers in oesophagus and stomach are not related to the haemangioma.
Only of the haemangioma is causing either collapse of the vertebta or compressing a nerve, treatment is recommended. If not, they are left alone as they are generally harmless.
For the ulcers please see a gasteoenterologist who will investigate accordingly and recommend treatment.
