Bone & Muscle problems

I sprained my neck during sleep due to improper placement of pillow. Now, the right side of the neck experiences pain when I move it.

My left heel is aching since 5 days and it has increased today. It hurts while walking. Also if I keep my foot on the floor aftr a long time it hurts.

I have knee problem Doctor told me i have patella bone problem & take physiotherapy treatment for a week

My 85 year old Grandfather Early today morning while going to the washroom and could not move his right leg after the fall. The leg seems to have disjointed near the hip. He is able to move his toes But not able to move his leg. Because of a long weekend we are unable to get medical help immediately. Kindly help us out in this situation.

Having little pain while lifting heavy objects in the outer elbow (some where near area referred as tennis elbow) for 4 weeks. Now i feel discomfort while lifting light objects also.

I am suffering from pain in right side of neck to bottom downside of shoulder(back), since from 5days. Am using tablets (cervilon), but it is not effective. So please suggest me some prescription medicines.

Suffering from lower back pain after normal delivery.Can't sit on hard surface, bending increase pain , pain radiates to legs, MRI report central disc protrusion at L5 S1 with annular tear. No ethical sac indentation/ neural formainal narrowing. Stir hyper intensities bin right sacral ala- suggestive of edema . bilateral hip joint show minimal fluid. Having vitamin d deficiency . since I m lactating not taking any pain medication only vitamin d tablets.
