Bone & Muscle problems

I am 25 years old. I am getting left lower side back pain from past 3 days. Unable to sit and sleep also. Sometimes i get stomachache as well. Also from yesterday onwards i have to go to lu in every half an hour. Please give a suggestion why its happening. Also I have gained a lot of weight in 3 months approximately 10kgs my height is 5'8".

I feel pain at he back and sides of my knee for past 1 month only when i tries to fold my legs and sit on the floor . iam a tennis player i used to play daily and even for this one month i was playing. I dont feel pain while iam playing but its pains when i try to fold and sit. so what might be the problem

2 months ago at the time of playing badminton i got a pain in my right elbow. Now I feel pain whenever I am going to carry any weight. Please advise me.

My mother-in-law has knee pain from last month & unable to walk . Her orthopaedic suggested x-ray & BMD. but even after medications, still she is suffering from regular pain. I attached her prescription. Please examine it and suggest me Is the doctor treated her in the right way.? Or she needs any other medications and tests.? Please suggest me the correct reason of her pain..

I had a fractured metatarsal on 14March, 2017 as my foot twisted. After 4weeks of cast (one week complete bed rest and three weeks of regular movement) it was finally removed 4days ago. There is a bit of pain(tolerable) in the effected area. Mainly occurring when I walk a lot. I want to know by when can I be MEDICALLY FIT. I don't want a problem in the same location yet again, so how can I make the bone strong enough. I have to do a lot of physical work and avoiding it is not an option, which then increases the chances of a more severe crack in the same metatarsal. Kindly guide me, I'm 21 at present. P.S. - should I put an ice bag on my foot or soak it in warm water, totally confused about it.

Meet with an accident, fracture was occurred..after 1 mnth treatment fracture cured, but my last small finger has bend downward...the finger has been black, numbed, paining a lot.
