I have severe pain in space between the buttocks and left part is swollen.Please suggest me the medication

Hi Dr. My wife who's diabetic is having a problem of swollen left thigh. The swelling sometimes went off completely and then while walking or sitting for long time it again swell. No pain in the knee. Confused should i go for a physician or ortho? Thanks Anand

I am 25 years old woman and have pain in my knuckles and joints all over the body.i got delivery 2 years before and its a normal delivery but nowadays I have pain in my knuckles and joint.i become very tired and have pain in my legs during night because of running behind my kid.I have irregular periods so under Doctor advice I am taking femilon tablets for six months I have doubt because of this medication have I got this problem.sometimes I am unable to hold things strongly in my hand.

Am getting swelling in legs and pain and some times hands also I don t know the reason for swelling .

I am having persistent pain in my left shoulder. From shoulder blade to upper arm. It is like some tangled nerve. Sometimes the pain is such I am not able to lift my shoulder even. Other days not able to put pressure on my left shoulder. The pain is there for last 3 months or so.
