Tailbone injury
Today in gym class I had high jump, but jumped over the mat and laned on my tailbone, it's very sore and sometimes stings if turned the wrong way, or lifted high, I can walk on it but I don't know if it's broken or just bruised

Put ice packs. Try to take some bed rest. Avoid sitting for long hrs. Take a very soft cushione with u and sit in that. If this doesnt help in a day or 2 visit ortho surgeon. Usually this bone doesnt fracture but pain is a lot since while sitting all the body weight is on this part
