Bone & Muscle problems

My ankle got twisted inwards last week on Sunday while I was playing. The pain is not very severe but it has got swallon and it is painful when I press it. I have applied an ice pack a number of times but it has still not recovered. Also, when I held my foot upwards, swallon part pains

Infrequent pain occurring in my left upper portion of thigh just below hips area. Pain is not constant occurs once in while, oftenly in evening after coming back from work, at times after waking up in morning. Once occurs then it remains for 1-2 hrs and reoccurs routinely at same time for almost 1 weeks. Facing this problem from last 2-2.5 years- took physiotherapy sessions and consulted with prestigious orthopedics but problem keeps on coming back.

I have this problem 2yrs .bones are increase bez vain is press pls give me suggestion. can i do exetcise .is this good option?

I pulled my meniscus and my whole knee is swollen and the front of my knee if starting to hurt, it's not unbearable but it's getting very irritating. It feels like the bone is the part that's starting to hurt. It hurts to bend the knee and is swollen and starting to hurt a little to stand for a long period of 30 minutes maybe and it's very uncomfortable.

Hi Dr, I get burning sensation in my feets every night when I go to bed. And as a result i dont get proper sleep & many a times i dont sleep whole night and then end up sleeping the next morning. I am facing this since 2 years(when i shifted to pune) in every summer. I am not able to find any cause behind this. Hi, I sprained my ankle about two months ago. I stepped into a hole on the ground and my left foot went inwards while the ankle went outwards. It was very painful at the moment. I went home and applied RICE to relieve the pain. It got better. But it's still hurting even after two months.

My 13 year daughter is facing knee knock problem . can you suggest me the salution . she is having very much pain in both knees .
