Tenderness between thumb and index finger on dorsal side and at base of thumb. Also on the palm near thumb. Pain while moving thumb.

Sir iI have an accident on 4march 2017 in which my femur bone had fractured.I had operated on same day by placing rod to support my fracture. Now till 13/04/2017 I am in complete bed rest and doing some exercise advised by physical therapist so I want to take advice from you that in how much time I can walk with support or something like that. I can aspect from you that you will pay yor kind attention toward my concern .
