Bone & Muscle problems

I have leg pain for the last 1 month and unable to walk properly for long distance. Paining at bottom feet.

I have been arthritis problem in blood test esr level is 40 mm/hr.I want to know what is the ridk factor of ANA titer of 1:100,is there anything serious?

18 years back mother had uterus removal surgery. Now she having neck pains, back pains and some knee, leg pains. These are not having daily some times will come severely. When she is taking meedices comes reduce,again same problem when she stop medicins, she went many hospitals in her local area.which doctor preferable for these conditions in hyderabad, please suggest us.and she is having stones in her kidneys.

My mother got  fever around 6 month ago , that fever turned into bad one as it was along with severe body pain ... We visited a Dr in Bangalore , he advised us to go for typhoid test & she tested positive.. Diagnosis started but after around 15-20 days also she was not relieved of her bone pain, so she headed back to Delhi...& Started of some jadi buti thing from my village in haryana,she started loosing little little pain , but after some time it also grew up as effectless... Now after six month she is in joint pain not severe but ya she is lot in pain , i had confusion about chicken guniya , so my question is which Dr should i visit ???
