Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I am suffering from back pain since school days and had consulted to doctors many time. My height is 6 feet 1 inch and i weight 95kg. The pain goes away with time but if I do any task where i had to bend forward for long time the pain comes back and remains for several days, right now I'm going through that. So I consulted to a orthopedic doctor, he took xray and I showed him the previous xrays also and he told me that there is a large space between my last two vertebrae and had suggested me following test. 1)MRI 2)HLA B27. I am attaching the xray report and would like to know in simple language what is wrong and would it be diagnosed completely. Thanks in advance.

Swelling.warmth.redness the of left foot ankle and a big hole in the ankle and pus and blood come from that hole and smells durty lt is from last 28 years of my dad

I am having tail bone injury. It pains a lot while sitting. I am using round ring cushion. But still there is s pain.

Mostly pain occurs early morning after sleep .can't walk for few minutes also with out pain and it pains when walking after rest position

Feels difficult to lift even small weight. Pain in joints of hands and fingers. Taken 3/4 months treatment at Dr jivrajmehta hospital in Ahmedabad. During course if treatment 1month excercise done at hospital. But pain still remain. Kindly advice where to go for right treatment. I live in Ahmedabad.
