Bone & Muscle problems

Fell down while playing football , has swelling for past five month on bottom of thumb area , MRI scan said that have minimum scaphoid fracture , please explain haw I can get a rid from this.

Today suddenly there is a severe back pain because of which i am not able to get up at all from bed. I have applied volini spray also and eaten nedicine also but no effect. Kindly help Pain is very severe.

My father is not so much tall & my mother also not very tall. But my mother's family members are so tall. Is there any chance to get tall because my mother's family members tall??

I play badminton 5 days a week and due to extensive jumping in the court my right knee started paining. Especially it pains when going up and down the stairs also I am not fully active on the court for same reason. It pains when I fold my leg at certain angle. It is not continuous pain but a burst of pain whenever jump or fold or use stairs and only right knee as I am righty player.

Pain like someone is poking in the spinal cord, can not sit for a long time, not possible to bend down, trouble while sleeping
