Bone & Muscle problems

I stepped on my foot wrong and it made a popping sound. 24 hours have passed since then. Initially there was swelling which has reduced. Although pain is still there when I apply load on it. I am not able to move on that foot. No bruise or disfigurement is noticeable. I am applying ice as of now. What to do?

The bone above the ankle has increased  and it pains so how to decrease the bone and put it in level ? Can it be cured with homeopathy ?

Bike hit my leg and I have a fractured fourth metatarsal shaft-displaced. Right now, they have put a POP plaster for a week. And have asked me to come back after being week for the cast. I'm on pain killers. Although it still pains and leg feels very heavy. In what position should I keep my foot? Can I sleep on my sides? How long will it take to heal? Im a college student and my exams are coming up. Can I walk with the aid of crutches? And can I put my leg down while sitting or should I stretch it all the time?

I've been experiencing frequent pain around shoulder blade, chest, and left hand. I visited a doctor who gave pain killer etc. Now I want to visit specialist. Whom should I visit? Ortho or cardiologist(as pain in chest and BP 140/90)? or somebody else?

I had a surgery for cellulitis 3 1/2 years back on my left leg from knee to foot, after my surgery pus culture was done and pseudomonas was found in the test. Still I m having wound at my ankle area & also swelling. I feel very less sensitivity in my leg and the skin has become very dark​. My disease is not curing pls help.

Hi I have knee pain specially during climbing the stairs up & down both. At times it pains much after during some simple exercises too. i have take lot of medication but no recovery. is it permanent? Can i perform rigorous exercises any time (may be after performing good regimen of treatment)

My left femur was broken in a road accident 2 months ago. Rodding surgury was performed by the doctors and now i have started walking with help of walker. But whenever i walk there is a swelling in my leg.What should i do? Why does it happens and should i be concerned??

A couple of days back I was playing football and the other player stamped on my right toe near the joint. After that it's been paining, swelled up and also turned reddish black. I suspect some injury to the cartilage as the toe is moving fine in all directions but there is continous pain on bending it down or if any weight is put over that area
