Bone & Muscle problems

My mom is having unrelenting back pain (towards the lower left) its a muscle pain which has now spread to complete lower back. She's not about to sit or lie down. She has taken voveran(dicholonophenac sodium) and Ultracet(acetaminophen&tramadol hydrochloride) with minimal to no relief. She's diabetic so local doctor advised against injection. What would you suggest?

Yesterday When I was standing I had coughing suddenly my lower back pain and my left leg .Had severe pain I can't even stand, sleepor walk properly.

There is a burn wound on ankle bone and due to excess walking there is a leg swelling and pain. No infection

Dear Doctor, From last 8-10 hours am having heavy pain in my lower back ( from where spine starts) and also feeling hardness or swelling in muscle. It will be great if you can suggest the primary treatment or kindly guide me that how should i proceed for treatment .

I am having pain in my lower back in my sacral curve, may be due to soft bed. it started 3 years back, occurs at every 6-8 months. due to the lower back pain my right leg is also paining. uneasy to walk during those painful days. Kindly suggest me which kind of specialist i should visit? orthopedic or physiotherapist or someone else?

I fell down 5 months ago landing on my back in the staircase, but was able to move. initial pain in my lower back which was there only for a week. But now i am facing back pain when i get up after laying down and after a stressful work. and the pain has shifted upward towards my back. i have no felling of numbness though.

My mother's legs muscles (thigh and calf) pains a lot. Upon checking, I found that her muscles seems to be made up of multiple fragments. On seeing them only, i can feel that it will pain. She is having this problem for few years in her leg. Now the same problem has started happening in her arms also.  I have attached a image showing the problem.
