I am 65year old female. Having knee joint pain from the past one week on right leg. Sometimes knee gets swollen. I took some pain killer medicines and applied diclofenac gel but no relief. Kindly help.

I recently purchased the flex belt (an electric muscle stimulator (EMS device) for training the abdominal muscles. It has been designed to tone, strengthen and firm the abdominal muscles) without thinking about my body piercings. I have a dermal on my side (above my hip) and my belly pierced. I can remove my belly piercing but not the dermal. Am I able to use the belt? Or can I put tape/band-aid over the dermal for a barrier?

My limbs ar getting swelled since last 3 years after any type of exersion.. veins get protruding and are visible

Two days back, I met with an accidental and I was told the fourth metatarsal shaft in my right leg is fractured- UNDISPLACED. There was swelling and severe pain. The Ortho specialist in Apollo had given me a POP till the swelling and tenderness is gone. After few days, there is a review where they will give me a cast. They have given me T.Aceroc-P, T-Pan, T-Bon-k2. There is pain now and uneasiness. How long will it take to b cured? Will the cast fix the fracture? What does undisplaced mean? Can I walk without putting the injured foot down by hopping? Should I get crutches? What are the clinical advices? What way should I keep my foot? I'm working. Can I just be seated ? Or should the foot not be put down? I'm very much worried. Please advice.

I`ve been bearable backpain and pian in my left leg which make me to move my leg contiously while laying on bed or siting on the chair. Also result for Vitamin D25 is showing result as deficiency with value 11.7 only .

For the last six weeks I've had horrible back pain, only when I go to bed. This pain has been keeping me up in the middle of the night, but goes away upon moving after a few hours in the morning. The pain seems to have shifted from my lower back to my right side and a few days ago I was sore to the touch in my appendix region throughout the day (but that was gone the next day). It is now towards my center upper back.
