I am not getting good food to full fill the daily recommendations of vitamins and minerals. Please suggest me some good multivitamins that i can buy from medical stores or online

I got injured while doing exercise by the cycle paddle in the gym It hit me hard 4-5 times while it was spinning. Now the area beside my knee is swollen due to which I am unable to walk properly. I went to the doctor he gave me pain relief medicine and took an xray, He told me to apply ice 3-4 time a day. I am a working professional and I don't get time to do all this. Please guide me what to do next

Doctor i usually feel pain in lower part of my leg when i do running or fell somekind of pressure on my leg

2 years back i got a serious injury which was quite deep wound just below my right knee.a rod got into my leg below my knee. from then it pains slightly. But now it is paining more.what should i do?

My Mom had a ligaments tear, 15years back and now she had been traveling and after coming back she has severe pain I her knee and the pain had been Goin downwards. The doctor had taken x-ray and said there is a lot of wear and tear and her knee has changed a little movement  the doctor is suggesting knee replacement. He said he might do the fix Bearing or attune. Please suggest what is good.

Toe walking and calf stiffness. from 10 years of age .left leg remains very tight and stiff due to which have problem in walking.

Three weeks ago i was carrying a heavy luggage in my hand continously in one hand for about 10mins. I was on a bike sitting back holding that luggage. After that there was slight pain in my elbow. After that i used to play TT with the same hand.. Pain increased. Now i stopped playing.. Even a slight movement it pains in the elbow. Cannot lift any thing with that hand. Please suggest.

I have operated at 18 Jan 2017. Swelling on knee at now. How can I do it for relieve from swelling. Please give me best solution
