Can't sleep bcause of tingling sensation
Hello, I m currently 16 and have a fit body and I can say I am quite healthy. I usually stretch my body (yoga) or something like that and I focus on my thighs and below, I always do this to keep my flexibility, but somehow just having my usual night, suddenly I felt tingling sensation on both of my legs which keeping me from sleep. I don t know how this tingling sensations occur but it makes me worry :( Til now i haven t got a sleep not even a second. I can t! Even though my eyeslids are so heavy and wantn me 2 sleep. My BODY refuses. help? I keep on wondering if Id inherit my family med history which was rheumatism, and I m too young to have that disease :/ It just happened to cross my mind when I have all this hours and had nothing to do but just stare at my room s wall. Well, hope it justs for now. But i kept feelin this tingling and its somehow really scary. Please kindly help me or clarify me with this situation I am suffering in, may God bless you! Thank you!

Vist a ortho or neuro because tingling sesation is sign of nerve compression in ur back ,pls get ursrlf clinically examined

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
