Bone & Muscle problems

It began to hurt like 5-6 months ago. It hurts especially the morning when I wake up and I stand up. Sometimes I can't walk. I used pain killers and it works. What to do you think is the problem? Thanks!

I have been experiencing pain  from the past 2 or 3 days in my left knee it only pains when i workout .

My daughter had slipped while walking down the steps and pulled her arm as she was still holding the railing. There is consistent pain in her arm and is not able to take much weight. This was around a week back.

I am suffering from pain in my toe which gets cured if I do rest but after I woke up it starts again.

There is a lipoma in my back which is of constant size from last 2-3 years and haven't shown any size of growth. But been painful sometimes and bothering alot as pain is sometimes sharp. Seen an orthopaedic but he said it's not tumerous by doing a physical examination. Should i get it removed or any thing to be worried about?

During sleep while turning I think some neck muscle has been affected and resulted into a spasm. This pain in now upto my left shoulder. My neck and shoulder is stiff and turning the neck is quite painful.

After sitting in car for few regular hours I have started pain in muscles (?) next to knee. Now its very painful and hard to fold legs or sit for long period. Who should I see ? Which speciality?

My wrist pain most of the time on movement ,holding or picking up something .The pain is at the little finger side of wrist. Now its spredding to elbow

My brother is suffering from a serious pain in his foot for last 2 years. Earlier doctor said it was due to Increased Uric Acid but even after now when his uric acid is normal he is suffering from pain. His all blood test reports are also normal. He doesn't take non veg, alchohal or not even smoke. He drinks 5 ltr water everyday. Doctors are saying that your all the blood reports are normal so they can't help much.

This problem occured to my dad many years ago, when he was trying to move something heavy off the floor. When he tried carrying it, he felt a tear in his hand and was not able to move his pinkie after that moment. Now there is a small bump on upper part of his palm and cannot fold his pinkie. Are there any solutions to fix this issue such as surgery or is it too late to fix since many years have past?
