Hi i have acl injury on me knee from 10 days. I am currently on rest with a knee brace on my legs. I can walk, but not freely. How much time will take to recover?

Did u confirm ur diagnosis Are u using a long leg brace Usually it takes 4 wks U might require surgery in case of complete tear in view of ur age and report dependant
