I am 35 yr old female. Since a month, i am finding that my legs are constantly in pain and by doing small works i am getting tired very easily. Climbing up stairs is painful from calf muscles. I have been diagnosed with start of PCOS last year, since than its same situation as i have control my weight and eating healthy, also i have cut down milk products in diet.

Sir i am having a back (koolha) pain on left side from past 5 years the pain is sometimes such that i cant even move . But it gets better by it's own for few months and then again it happens, the pain is not continuous but it is regular from past 5 years every month or two .. last when diagnosed a swelling was detected in xray .. but the main reason was still un identified why it happens . Hi doctor, I habe been having a stiff neck and continuous pain since a week. My reports say i am deficient in vitamin D. I am already on a 5 day medication but the pain hasn't reduced. So the doctor has suggested to undergo physiotheraphy sessions. Just wanted to know, do you pay home visits as well ? I am looking for a lady physiotherapist.
