My X ray report is normal and Mantoux test is negetive.MRI report says Lesson involve in 3 Rd metatarsal and cunciform bone Edematous soft tissue of the dorsum of right foot and also soft tissue surrounded the 3rd metatarsal bone

Could be a high impact injury on Ur foot creating soft tissue trauma there...luk for any cancerous cause if it has been ruled out...
