Sciatica pain
Been having terrible pain on my lower back and the pain radiates til my right knees and ankle. Kindly suggest.

Hello there, Sciatica is a symptom...which undernotes a pathology,it can be a problem with your lumbar spine or with deep muscles of your buttocks. 1) do you get pain when you bend forwards or backwards? 2)do you have a history of lifting weight prior to this pain and tingling in your leg? 3)have you taken xray of your lower back? 4)since how many days this pain is there? Please get back to answer for these questions Dont worry sciatica is not a major problem as such but ofcourse you cannot igonre it too.. Regards.
