Muscle/Joint pain

I frequently face muscle/joint pain after my gym workouts. Its not the normal pain that you get after a workout since I have been working out for the last 7-8 years. I also feel a bit fatigued than before and feel like my energy has just drained out totally.

Hi the most common reason for this pain can be mainly due to some nutritional deficiencies like vitamin d and B12 and so I suggest to get these two tests done and consult an Orthopaedist in your area
