I frequently face muscle/joint pain after my gym workouts. Its not the normal pain that you get after a workout since I have been working out for the last 7-8 years.
I also feel a bit fatigued than before and feel like my energy has just drained out totally.

Drink enough water and have healthy food
Some times due to lack of proper sleep or work or other stresses fatigue us physically
Apart from working out lifestyle changes will help you
You can combine few days if workout with other activities like swimming, running etc

Hi the most common reason for this pain can be mainly due to some nutritional deficiencies like vitamin d and B12 and so I suggest to get these two tests done and consult an Orthopaedist in your area
