I have severe bone pain in my knees and wrists. It is not permanent but appears multiple times.
From my test reports we can see that I have a deficiency of Vitamin D, Vitamin B, Folate and Calcium.

What are ur levels pls
Depending on the level of vitamin d u need to correct it
I prefer a single shot of vit d injection and then maintainence with capsule
Supplements all ur deficiency first and then proceed
Is it in the morning
Do u have leg cramps
Do u have heel pain
