Back hurts after accident

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I met with an accident on 4th April. I've majorly foot and ankle injuries but when the car had hit me, I fell on my derrière and it's paining more post 2-3 weeks from the date of the accident. May I know if its plainly post accident related or anything to be concerned about?
