I met with a minor accident and it lead to scratch on my knees by getting rubbed on the road. After that I went for a tetanus shot and currently applying neosporin powder to dry it.
Its been a week but the results are not satisfactory.

If it is a week now, there is nothing much you can do now. Initially if the scratches had road dirt and grit, they could be scrubbed out. Now continue what you are doing. Once the scratches start to dry out, then start massaging with moisturising cream or coconut oil, twice a day. Depending on how deep they are you will start noticing a difference. It will take weeks to months before the scars mature and before you see difference.
