A disc bulge by itself is not a cause for concern, unless it is compressing (putting pressure)on a nerve or Spinal cord. Detailed assessment of MRI scan will show if there is generalised wear and tear of discs or this bulge is isolated. If you do not have pain going down legs (sciatica) or any numbness, then back pain by itself is not a cause for concern.
Next Steps
Pain killers as needed, stay active, avoid putting stress on back, yoga/core strengthening/physiotherapy/Pilates exercises will be the main protocols of treatment.
Health Tips
Keep monitoring your symptoms and consult again if there is new onset pain, numbness/tingling or any issues with bowel or bladder incontinence.

In my opinion u need to go for physiotherapy sessions and go for IFT / hot pack / US... for about 10 to 15 days...along with this kindly go for few blood tests like calcium vitamin d vitamin b 12... as they might have deranged values... if Dese are deranged u might get pain or discomfort at the back...kindly check for that...get well soon take care... surgery is not the option...rest is the key in these cases
Next Steps
Do visit a physiotherapist asps..
Health Tips
Do not lift any weight Do not bend forward Do not check ur pain Postural correction is important Do not stand or sit for long

Hello.......bulged disc cannot be relocated by any means.... If you rest for some days you can avoid bulged disc pressing nerve root there by reduce symptoms.... If the prolapse is mild doctor will advice you physiotherapy, if it doesn't work and pain in severe surgery is the final option... In your case it's mild, don't lift weights and don't climb stairs.. Don't worry.
