Pain in knees and wrist.
I feel pain in my knees, wrist and ankle, It is not muscle pain, it feels like a pain in bone. There is no specific time for this. In my medical test reports I found that I have deficiency of following: Vitamin D Vitamin B Folate Calcium My levels for these are: 25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL) C.L.I.A 5.27 ng/ml VITAMIN B-12 C.L.I.A 170 pg/ml FOLATE C.L.I.A 2.7 ng/ml CALCIUM PHOTOMETRY 8.75 mg/dl Please help me with this.

Yes ur vitamin d is very low Take a vit d injection of 6 lakh units deep intramuscular and then add in ur diet and also supplement once in month with tab Vit B12 is low U need to find the cause of the low levels too Y can take vit b12 injection deep im for five days or better visit ur physician to rule our other causes U may need to supplement a folate to for the b22 absorption
