itvs good to get it assessed first as it can be due to kidney problem also but if the pain is travelling in the lower part of your tummy i.e. groin, then it can be due to nerve compression in the back region.

Hello..
Common causes of back ache are due to bad posture, uti, spinal cord issues, renal stones...and the side of the tummy which you are telling is the flank pain...I want to know if you have any other associated symptoms like burning sensation while passing urine, difficulty in passing urine, fever etc...please consult a physician...thank you

YESNO
Is there any problem in urination also ? You may be having kidney stones. Get your USG done and then consult.
Till then take plenty of water. God bless you.
